Every class is very different from the next, although you can be sure to receive a good physical workout, technique instruction and practice, self-defence scenarios, and various forms of sparring. During every class, your instructor will ensure that you are practicing and improving on the technical aspects of the art and progressing towards your next goal.

Rhee Tae Kwon Do is one of the best and most complete systems of self defence classes Perth (and Australia) has to offer. It is varied and over time you will discover how the many aspects of what we do in any single class comes together to form part of the overall picture.

Many people postpone joining until they get “fit”! You certainly don’t need to be “fit” to train, rather you join the class to train and become fit! You will notice a marked increase in your fitness and general wellbeing within the a few weeks.

Martial Arts and self-defence training are necessary for everyone, and more so if you are injured or disadvantaged in any way.

Please let your instructor know if you have any existing health, medical condition, or injury, before commencing training. Rhee Tae Kwon Do is very individual art, and while all members learn the same techniques, your instructor will help you adapt them to your personal style and overcome any physical limitations.
